 CINEWORLD
 Terms and Conditions
  1.   Instant Vouchers can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.cineworld.com. A booking fee per ticket applies for online bookings. 
  2.   Your Instant Voucher gives you access to a standard seat in any Adult 2D screening in any Group 1, 2 or 3 cinema as listed at https://www.cineworld.co.uk/static/en/uk/cinema-voucher-groups 
  3.   You will be able to pay an uplift fee at the box office or online to use your Instant Voucher for IMAX, 4DX, D-Box Screenings, Superscreen and ScreenX. VIP screenings are excluded. 
  4.   If you lose your Instant Voucher we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund. 
  5.   Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema). 
  6.   This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  7.   No cash alternatives. This voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold. 
  8.   These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England. 


  ODEON
 Terms and Conditions
  1. Voucher code may be exchanged for one ticket with a standard seat to view a standard 2D film showing at any ODEON cinema in the UK and Republic of Ireland EXCEPT the following cinemas: Islington Luxe and Dine, ODEON Luxe Leicester Square and BFI IMAX. Upgrades are payable for other film formats.
  2. Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, there will be an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.
  3. In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter.
  4. Not valid for 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby screening type unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. Premium seating upgrades applicable for all premium priced seating including Recliner+ seating.
  5. Not valid on Gallery, ODEON Luxe and Dine, ODEON Event Cinema, ODEON Kids, ODEON Silver Cinema, ODEON Newbies or ODEON Screen Unseen. Not valid on Live concerts or theatre screenings. Not valid on premieres, television programmes or series/seasons, special events or screenings including (but limited to) film anniversary screenings and re-revised/re-released editions or events not open to the public. Not valid for Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live and Live Concerts 
  6. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  7. Voucher code is valid on screenings up to and including the day shown only.
  8. Voucher code is for your personal use only.
  9. Voucher code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services.
  10. Instant Vouchers are non-refundable.
  11. Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms.

 VUE
 Terms and Conditions
  1. Must be exchanged for an admission ticket either at the Box Office or Online (at myvue.com) and cannot be used for bookings over the phone.
  2. Please check the relevant Group ticket locations for where your voucher can be redeemed.
  3. Valid for one ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
  4. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  5. Valid for a single use only and cannot be reinstated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
  6. Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings,
  7. Senior friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.
  8. Super Saver can be used to book 2D general admission Super Saver seating online (at myvue.com) and at the Box Office. Upgrades to different seat types are available at the time of voucher redemption at an additional cost.
  9. VIP can be used to book 2D general admission Super Saver, Regular Saver, Regular, VIP, Recliner seating online (at myvue.com) and at the Box Office. Please note not all screens have all seating types.
  10. All Vouchers can be used to book 3D, IMAX or Birmingham Recliner screenings online (at myvue.com)and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. We recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchase of Vue Pass Codes.
  11. 2D Codes can be upgraded to a 3D screening, customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.
  12. Do not have priority over general tickets.
  13. Valid until the date shown and are not subject to extensions.
  14. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.
  15. Film classifications apply.
  16. Codes are not to be used for financial gain in resale.
  17. The cinema managers decision is final.
  18. Vue Pass may be advertised as an employee or member benefit to closed user groups only and any reference to Vue or use of the Vue logo for this purpose must be approved in writing prior to use.
  19. The use of the Vue logo or name on any publicly accessible website is not permitted.

 



 SAVOY
 Terms and Conditions
1.       The Savoy Cinemas Adult 2D eCode may be exchanged for one standard Adult ticket to any standard 2D performance at any Savoy Cinema in the UK (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling); excluding occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances. 
  2.       The eCode is valid for any standard 2D performances.  The Savoy Adult 2D eCode is not valid for Alternative Content, Special Screenings, Special Advance Screenings or VIP/premium seating. 
  3.       The eCode has an expiry date on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given. 
  4.       The eCode can be redeemed online at www.savoycinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used to book using the telephone service. The eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests. When booking online using eCodes debit/credit card information may be requested (for processing purposes).  A 40p administration fee is payable for online bookings (in line with normal Savoy Cinemas procedures). 
  5.       Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when a booking is confirmed. Each eCode may only be used once, attempts to use the same eCode on separate occasions will not be successful. 
  6.       Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions apply. 
  7.       The eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  8.       There is no cash alternative; the eCode is not transferable and may not be re-sold. 
  9.       Savoy Cinemas reserve the right to withdraw any offer associated with the eCode at any time and for any reason without notice. 
  10.   Savoy Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission. 
  11.   Savoy Cinemas reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice.  These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
 
 



 SCOTT CINEMAS
 Terms and Conditions 
1.       The Scott Cinemas eCode can be exchanged for one admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Scott Cinema in the UK. They are not valid for 3D private screenings, special events or event cinema performances (always check movie screening times and availability before travelling).  
  2.       The eCode is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given. 
  3.       The eCode may be used to book tickets online at www.scottcinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking service nor does the eCode give you priority over any other customer. 
  4.       Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful (you are judged to have used your eCode at the point that you book a ticket with it). 
  5.       When booking online using the eCode your credit/debit card information may need to be provided (even though you won’t be charged if you use this eCode). 
  6.       Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply and Scott Cinema’s general admission terms apply. 
  7.       This eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  8.       There is no cash alternative to this eCode, it is not transferable and may not be re-sold. 
  9.       Scott Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission. 
  10.   Scott Cinemas reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. 

 
  SHOWCASE
 Terms and Conditions 
This e-voucher may be redeemed for one general admission to a scheduled performance of a film at your chosen Showcase Cinema ) and is subject to the following conditions:  
  1.   Due to contractual obligations this admission e-voucher may not be valid for all films. Guests are advised to check with the Box Office at their local Showcase Cinema before visiting. 
  2.   This e-voucher is subject to BBFC film classification restrictions and Showcase Cinema general terms and conditions. Guests must be eligible to see their chosen film. Proof of age may be required. 
  3.   Showcase Cinemas reserves the right to refuse admission. The manager’s decision is final. 
  4.   This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. 
  5.   This e-voucher does not give the bearer priority over other guests. 
  6.   This e-voucher may not be re-sold. 
  7.   Defaced or illegible e-vouchers will not be accepted. 
  8.   This e-voucher may be used for bookings online and those made in person at the Showcase Cinema Box Office. 
  9.   Each e-voucher may only be used once, any attempt to re-use the e-voucher shall be refused. 
  10.   This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  11.   This voucher may be valid for Gallery, XLR, Director’s Hall and / or 3D, IMAX, XPlus and any other premium offering or presentation only when a guest is prepared to pay the surcharge over and above the regular stated admission price. This “upgrade” is not available for online bookings and is at the cinema manager’s discretion so we suggest you check with your local cinema for availability. 
  12.   This pass cannot be exchanged for admission to live performances or Event Cinema programmes. Please check with the box office for details. 
  13.   This voucher may not be used towards Birthday Party events.

  OMNIPLEX GB
 Terms and Conditions
 1.     This e-code is valid as payment for one standard seat for any standard 2D film screening at specified Omniplex GB Cinema. 
 2.     The e-code can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.omniplexcinemas.co.uk for online bookings. 
 3.     Should you wish to sit in a premium seat or watch a non-standard film you can still use this e-code but an uplift fee will be payable. 
 4.     The e-code is not valid for Event Cinema, Advance Screenings, Live Concerts, Sports Events or any other non-standard content. 
 5.     If you lose your e-code we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.  If Omniplex cancel your screening please contact Omniplex directly for a replacement e-code. 
 6.     Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Omniplex’s general admission terms apply.  
 7.     This e-code may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.  
 8.     No cash alternatives and non-refundable.  This e-code is not transferable and may not be re-sold. 
 9.     This e-code is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded
